Speeches. Some people don’t seem to have any problem standing in front of an audience and talking eloquently about the subject. Many people don’t have those skills though and listening to such presentations can and will be an annoying experience. Presidents of the United States have the constitutional duty to present the State of the Union to the Congress anually. Tonight, Obama will adress the nation.
